Are you ever so overwhelmed with symptoms of fatigue and pain that it’s hard to get out of bed, let alone make it through the day? Are you unclear about who to trust for advice and frustrated about where to start?

Or are you watching a loved one struggle and decline as they leave their job, become homebound, and need help with simple tasks? Do you feel helpless making sure their needs are met?

You get it. The way healthcare is delivered needs to change.

Resources should be accessible and affordable for those who need them most. Women should NOT be left confused and in the dark while they suffer and wait for answers.

The problems are complex. Physicians face overcrowded schedules and heavy patient loads. Money is tight and financial reimbursements are slim. Patients are often too weak or exhausted to access resources in the community.

The good news is that the solution is relatively simple. By focusing on educating and empowering women to take back responsibility for their own health, it quickly becomes apparent that healing is not dependent only on finding the “right doctor” or the “right treatment” (although those are big pieces of the puzzle).

Having access to a supportive community and professional guidance makes all the difference.

At the Chronic Wellness Collective, the members you sponsor are women with chronic illness who are connected to a whole network of supporters in the virtual space.

Programs and services are delivered to them in the comfort of their own home and free of charge.

Even our leaders, our staff, and our wellness experts understand firsthand the challenge of living with a chronic illness. Each one of us has our own story.

For example, many of us are nurse coaches in private practice who have helped hundreds of clients overcome chronic illness, autoimmune disease, and inflammation after going through the same journey ourselves.

By providing tools that address the root causes, you are helping women around the world heal so that they can be there for the ones they love!

Out-of-pocket, access to these programs and tools could easily cost upwards of $45,000 for a community of our size.

But thanks to our virtual platform and the tireless efforts of the skilled practitioners who volunteer on our behalf, we are ready to launch the 12-module Nurse Yourself Back to Health coaching program on a much wider scale at a much smaller cost.

We have some very dedicated sponsors and supporters waiting in the wings, but first they want to see more of what we can do ourselves!

We are at a major milestone in our trajectory and it’s an “all-hands-on-deck” kind of moment. (We already know how great they are, but now it’s time to show everyone else!)

To that end, we need your help to raise $5,000 in the next 10 days.

We are proud of our members for showing up and doing the work and we want to show up for them in return.

Here’s some of the feedback we’ve gotten in just two months from the 42 women who are already succeeding in this community:

This is more than a mission to change the standards of care – it is a movement to change the way women are served.

We appeal to you from our hearts to ask for your support. We are on track to launch the Nurse Yourself Back to Health coaching program by March 7th, 2020, just in time for our next Chronic Wellness Webinar the following week!

There are major gaps in the healthcare system and you have the opportunity to help build the bridge that is saving lives!

Now when you see a woman struggling, suffering, and scared with nowhere to turn, you can point them in the direction of the Chronic Wellness Collective and say, “I helped build that!”

You choose the gift you want to give. We have one for you in return.

$50 – Two backstage passes to a private Q&A
$100 – Annual membership for yourself or loved one
$250 – Private 1:1 coaching session with our Founder

When you help one woman, you help all those who rely on her and for that, we thank you.

Your gift today will be put directly towards the launch of the Nurse Yourself Back to Health coaching program and as a thank you, we will keep you updated on our progress as a community.

Let’s show these women, our sponsors, and the world that we are serious about making a difference!
