If you’re looking for 1:1 support, our coaches are eager to help.
Relief from your symptoms is possible. Having the support of a certified professional makes the journey easier and more effective!
They work with women like yourself who are dealing with diagnoses like fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, ulcerative colitis, adrenal insufficiency, and hypothyroidism.

Here’s what happens when you work with a coach:
1. First you will schedule a 15-minute intake session with our Program Coordinator. She will listen to your concerns and goals, as well ask questions about your schedule and budget so that she can help you find the right match.
2. Next she will provide you with your Coach’s contact information. You also have the option for us to provide your contact information to the Coach on your behalf.
3. Then you will schedule a Discovery Session with your recommended Coach (which typically lasts around 30 minutes).
4. Finally, if you decide to pursue working together, you will sign an Agreement with your new Coach and start right away!
***All payment agreements for coaching packages are negotiated directly between the Coach and Client. The CWC does not receive any financial incentives for the matching process.
***You also have the option to email a Coach directly with the links below, but we cannot guarantee a reduced rate without going through our Coaching Coordinator.

"My passion is to destroy the mentality that chronic illness takes away, but rather serves as a catalyst towards a razor sharp focused life of intention, abundance and wellness that doesn’t depend solely on circumstances."
She is board certified as a Health and Wellness Nurse Coach through the AHNA. After a traumatic birth recovery and falling through the cracks of the conventional healthcare system herself, she was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, Celiac disease, Chronic Lyme, POTS and PTSD.
This is where her passion to help others manage the complexities of autoimmune disease or those in search of a diagnosis from a trauma aware perspective, really set fire. Empowering women to find their fierce, advocate for themselves and their families while living an intentional, abundant life despite their diagnosis is her calling.
Ashley lives on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with her husband and three-year-old daughter. She owns her own private coaching practice. In her free time, she likes to garden, read, listen to podcasts, get creative in the kitchen, minimize her impact on the environment, and ANYTHING that gets her out in nature. She is a perpetual student and has a never-ending curiosity for learning something new.
