Medical staff on-site

While our staff will not make any changes to or administer your treatments, we are available for assessment if you are feeling under the weather.

Movement
classes

Each day we will provide guidance and instruction for a variety of exercise modalities to aid in healing. These include stretching, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulating techniques.

Coaching
sessions

There will be a group session every evening before dinner. Our coaches are also available between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm for any questions, concerns, or check-ins that are needed for support.

Nature
walks

We value the healing power of nature and have planned for a daily walk every day before dinner. These are weather-dependent, according to the client’s tolerance, and can be taken on- or off-site

Massage
therapy

During your stay, a licensed massage therapist will provide a 60-minute Swedish or deep tissue massage on-site. Optional add-on to increase to 90 minutes.

Evening
self-care

After dinner each night, our coaches will share thoughtful self-care techniques to help you wind down for the evening. These are optional and are meant to be relaxing and fun.

What’s on the itinerary:

Meals

We try to make our meals accessible to all and encourage you to expand your palate.

We work with those who have food intolerances to incorporate former “forbidden” foods back into their menus (and have had excellent success with this).

We intentionally choose healing foods that include meat, fish, eggs, nuts, and grains.

We are not able to accommodate those who follow a strict vegan, paleo, or keto diet.

We can work with you to adjust meal servings for any severe allergies. (For example, we can prohibit tree nuts on site.)

COVID Considerations

Safety is of the utmost importance to us, which is why we are taking necessary precautions to ensure yours during this retreat. Please review our guidelines and make a wise decision that is best for your family’s circumstances:

  • Vaccination records are not required to attend.
  • All attendees will be required to complete a COVID antigen test provided by us before entering the retreat home. If you test positive, this will need to be confirmed at a local medical facility (and you will be responsible for all costs involved).
  • Further, if it is confirmed that you are positive, you will need to self-isolate and will not be able to attend the retreat. No refunds are provided. (You may be eligible for a future retreat credit.)
  • Guests are encouraged to stay on-site at the retreat home throughout their stay. If you choose to venture into the local community for an outing, we ask that you wear a mask at all times. A COVID antigen test will be required upon your return to re-enter the house. (The cost for this is $25.)
  • Guests are encouraged to use good hand hygiene at all times while on-site at the retreat home, as well as to cover their mouths when coughing or sneezing and to notify retreat staff of any symptoms (headache, fatigue, sore throat, fever, etc.).
  • Retreat staff will frequently disinfect surfaces in the communal living spaces and you will be provided supplies to use in your private room if desired.
